Access to
SchoolTool
Parents of Port Jervis High School and Middle School students
can sign up to view their child's attendance record, grading
information, schedules, and much more!
Once your account is activated, simply click the SchoolTool logo
below.
For easy access, the logo is also posted on the District Home
Page and the High School & Middle School web pages.
SchoolTool currently supports the
following browsers:
Internet Explorer 7 or higher (Windows)
Safari 3.0 or higher (Mac)
Parents, who use Firefox, may not be able to access the
system.
How do
I sign up?
High School and Middle School parents
go to their child's school office at any time to sign up.
You can also sign up at the Fall Back to School Open House
Nights.
Parents will be
asked to present photo identification. Once your SchoolTool account is
activated, you will receive an email confirmation notice with
instructions. Typically, this process will take about one week.
Forgot
your password?
If you forget your password, there is no need to call the school!
Just go to sign in to SchoolTool and type in your username (the
e-mail address that you have on file at the school) and click
the login button. Then click the “New User or Forgot password?”
link, enter your e-mail address in the screen to the right,
click submit and you will be emailed a new password.

can use the instructions (PDF) provided above
to access your child's account information.
